3CX v20 Final Release
The new 3CX V20 has been available to 3CX partners as a final release since 1 March. We will be happy to inform you about the latest innovations in 3CX V20. When should I migrate from V18 to V20?   - We still recommend waiting with the change to v20, as some features are still missing.  - It is important to note that once upgraded to V20, it is no longer possible to switch back to V18  - Please also refer to the V20 upgrade checklist & FAQ from 3CX before upgrading to V20: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-upgrade-checklist-faq/
